DREAMS COME TRUE
The long and waited shield that will protect and save the lives of the people in Brgy Divisoria in the municipality of Bontoc during the possible occurrence of flashflood is now realized and dream is over . With the effort of the Local Government Unit of Bontoc headed by Municipal Mayor Noel E. Alinsub and the entire Sangguniang Bayan members with the full support of the Barangay Council of Divisoria at the grassroot level headed by Punong Barangay Arlan Leyes, a multi million river control project is now realized.
Expert engineers both from Department of Public Works and Highways and LC Ting Construction and Development Corporation conducted a Pre- Construction Conference in relation to the 650 Linear meters River Control Project amounting to 84 Million pesos. After the conference, the team conducted an onsite validation and inspection to the possible site.

In line with the DILG Memorandum Circular 2023-133 which embarks the Barangay at Kalinisan Day(BARKADA) program, the Brgy. Council of Divisoria recently formulated Brgy. Ordinance No. O1 S-2024 which is an Ordinance Declaring Every Monday of the Week As Brgy. Clean Up Day. This ordinance surely promote the maintenance of cleanliness and proper order in the surroundings and entails the participations not only by the barangay officials and personnel but also with the civil service organizations and non government organizations existing in the community.

A remarkable proposed annual budget of Brgy. Divisoria for fiscal year 2024 reach to a whooping 4,004,579.00Php.Economically sails smoothly toward a progressive and more developed community, projects are outlined for the betterment of the constituents.
Divisoria stand tall for being on top from among the 40 barangays in the Municipality of Bontoc for this year's budget allocation. Alongside, comprising the top five barangays who posted with the highest annual budget next to Divisoria is Brgy. Talisay with 3,409,559.00Php, Hilaan with 3,239,201.00, Poblacion with 2,992,000.00 and San Ramon with 2,981,636.00. .

TWO APPOINTED OFFICIALS GRABS ASSOCIATION'S TOP POST
Brgy Treasurer Juvy Talisaysay who serve for almost two decades in Divisoria was elected as President of Association of Brgy. Treasurers of Bontoc while the comebacking Secretary Pascual "Jun" Escoton who have been serving for almost a decade also elected as President of the Association of Barangay Secretaries of Bontoc.These two appointed brgy officials have serving in their respective plantillas during the leadership of former Punong Brgy. Cresencio Sulla, Michael Catiil , PB Panfilo Torremonia up to the present under Punong Barangay Arlan Leyes. However, Secretary Escoton only serving two years under PB Torremonia administration.
