📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
In compliance with Provincial Assessor’s Office Memorandum No. 25-01-004, effective March 3, 2025, all required documents for the Transfer of Assessment or Approval of FAAS must be submitted as either:
✅ Certified True Copy or
✅ Original Copy
📌 Payment Requirement:
Before obtaining the list of documentary requirements, the following fees must be settled first at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO) per Real Property Unit:
*Verification Fee – ₱100.00
*Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration Fee – ₱100.00
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in processing delays or non-acceptance of the request.

The South Cotabato League of Local Assessors (SOCOLLA) conducted its monthly regular meeting spearheaded by our OIC-Provincial Assessor Engr. Ritchie Ballesta and SOCOLLA President Mary Grace Amable, together with the Municipal Assessors of Banga, Lake Sebu, Norala, Polomolok, Surallah, Tampakan, Tantangan, T'boli, Tupi and City Assessor of Koronadal City at Sarapwan, Sto. Nino, South Cotabato.
The SOCOLLA envisions this initiative as a significant step towards continuously improving the services we deliver to the public. And this aligns the Provincial Government of South Cotabato's Mission headed by our Provincial Governor, Honorable Reynaldo Sucayan Tamayo Jr. "PARA SA TAMA KAG MAAYO NGA SERBISYO"

Earlier today , the Municipal Assessor's Office received the Certificate of Recognition from the Local Government of Sto.Nino for having been awarded by the Provincial Assessor's Office (PAssO) and South Cotabato League of the Local Assessors,Inc. (SOCOLLA,Inc.) as 1st Place in category C in Search for the MOST OUTSTANDING Municipal Assessor's Office (MAssO) in the Province of South Cotabato for this cy 2022 . Also awarded by the BLGF XII in 2021 as ranked 6th among the Municipalities in the SOCKSARGEN REGION (Region XII ) based on the Increased in Assessed Real Properties (5.67%).
