"Healthy Diet, Gawing Affordable for ALL!"

The celebration aims to encourage the community to plant vegetables for self-sufficiency and also encourage food industry including farmers, manufacturers, distributors and food establishments to produce and make available healthier food options and the conduct of Nutri-Walk will not only promote awareness and sense of belongingness among the Bulanenios but help address the problem of malnutrition among vulnerable groups of the host barangay and in the municipality as a whole.

As we celebrate the 49th Nutrition Month with a theme, "HEALTHY DIET GAWING AFFORDABLE FOR ALL", The OMNAO of Bulan launches the NUTRI-TIKTOK DANCE CHALLENGE.
This dance challenge aims to encourage physical activities such as dancing as an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle, and to promote awareness about the importance of Healthy Diet.
The contest is open for all BULANEÑO
The challenge is open for all kids, teens and adults.
Mechanics:
1. Choreograph your own dance steps. Music will be provided by the committee by the link below :

2. Each participant must record their entries on their Tiktok App and download.
3. The Tiktok Dance entry should be in a minimum and maximum of 1 min. and 7 seconds.
4. Participants can wear their costumes and accessories for additional glam. However, revealing clothes are not allowed. Special effects can also be used to enhance the entry.
5. Submit your Tiktok Dance entry on official page Nutrition Office Bulan Sorsogon, upon sending participants must have the details of their names and addresses and like the page ,MNAO will acknowledge the entry through direct message to the participants.
6. All entries submitted will be uploaded by the Nutrition Office Bulan Sorsogon page to make it an official entry to the challenge.
7. Share and promote your video once Nutrition Office Bulan Sorsogon uploaded your entry. Each participant’s entry must garner social media reaction ( react ONLY).
Videos uploaded ONLY by the page will be the official entry.
Cut-off of entries: July 21,2023 (Friday)
Voting is until July 27, 2023 (Thursday) 12 noon.

Social Media Impact 30%
Uniqueness, Creativity and Costume 25%
Overall Relevance to the Theme 15%
