On Day 7 of our Station Immersion, cadets actively participated in establishment visits, police visibility, and Oplan Sita operations at Brgy. Zapote, Sector 1, Bacoor City. These activities reinforced the importance of proactive policing and community engagement in maintaining public safety. Additionally, we joined inquest proceedings conducted at the City Prosecutor's Office in Bacoor City, gaining valuable insights into the legal processes and the role of law enforcement in the justice system. This day highlighted our commitment to upholding the law and fostering strong community relations.

On Day 6 of our Station Immersion, cadets took part in the Flag-Raising Ceremony at Bacoor City Gymnasium, celebrating our national pride and unity. Afterward, we engaged in police visibility, visited local places, and carried out Oplan Sita operations in Brgy. Molino IV, Bacoor City. These activities highlighted the value of patriotism, community involvement, proactive policing for public safety, and building good community relations.

On Day 5 of our Station Immersion, cadets joined the Daily Personnel Accounting of the Bacoor Component Police Station personnel, conducted by Chief of Police, PLTCOL John Paolo Carracedo. This activity provided us with insights into the importance of personnel management and accountability in maintaining an efficient police force. Additionally, we had the honor of welcoming our supervisor, PLTCOL Don Acacio, during his visit to Strike RGP Resort. This day emphasized the significance of discipline, organization, and strong leadership in law enforcement.

On Day 4 of our Station Immersion, cadets joined barangay visits and Oplan Sita operations in Brgy. Molino, led by Sector Commander PSMS Villareal. We gained practical knowledge about community policing and public safety. During the visits, we talked with local residents and officials, addressing their issues and building good relationships. The Oplan Sita operations emphasized the need for vigilance and proactive steps to keep the peace. This day showed how important community involvement and preventive policing are for a safe environment.

On Day 3 of our Station Immersion, cadets joined Bacoor Component Police Station officers in patrolling, checkpoint operations, and visiting barangays. This experience gave us practical knowledge of law enforcement’s daily tasks. We understood the need for public safety, community relations, and a strong police presence in barangays. The day highlighted the importance of proactive policing in creating a safe community.

On Day 2 of our Station Immersion, the cadets visited Bacoor’s Mayor, Hon. Strike B. Revilla, and Vice Mayor, Hon. Rowena Mendiola-Bautista. These meetings gave us valuable insights into the city’s leadership. We also toured the Bacoor City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (BDRRMO) and learned about the city’s disaster preparedness and response plans. These experiences showed us how important strong leadership and effective disaster management are for community safety and well-being.

Today marks the opening of the Second Phase of the Cadet Attachment Program, known as Station Immersion. In this phase, cadets are assigned to their respective stations within PRO 4A CALABARZON to gain practical experience and insights. I, along with my team, have been assigned to the Bacoor City Police Station, led by the esteemed Chief of Police, 𝑷𝑳𝑻𝑪𝑶𝑳 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑷𝒂𝒐𝒍𝒐 𝑽. 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒅𝒐, a proud member of the Sansinirangan Class of 2007. This immersive experience will provide us with invaluable hands-on training and the opportunity to apply our learnings in real-world scenarios.

This afternoon, our CAP lecture series featured an engaging session covering four critical topics. 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑱𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒎𝒐, Senior Assistant State Prosecutor and Head of NAIATFAT, discussed "Formal and Informal Cooperation: The Philippines and Foreign Embassies." 𝑴𝒔. 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑭𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒈𝒐 of the IACAT provided insights into the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking. 𝑨𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒐 𝑲𝒖𝒔𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓 of the Australian Federal Police shared his expertise on "Foreign Law Enforcement Cooperation," while 𝑪𝑫𝑹 𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒐 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒐 of the Philippine Coast Guard discussed "Backdoor Exits of the Philippines." The session concluded with the closing program of our Cadet Attachment Program Lecture and Seminar Series, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and comprehensive strategies in combating human trafficking.

This morning, our CAP lecture series covered Courtroom Preparation for law enforcers, led by 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑫𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒔 𝑺. 𝑨𝒍𝒆𝒋𝒐, a retired Senior State Prosecutor. Mrs. Alejo discussed key skills and strategies for presenting and testifying in court. After the lecture, we engaged in a practical simulation exercise, using the techniques and knowledge we had just gained. This hands-on session highlighted the importance of court preparation, clarity, and professionalism.

This evening, our CAP lecture series featured a session by 𝑷𝑪𝑶𝑳 𝑬𝒅 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝑽𝒊𝒏𝒍𝒖𝒂𝒏, ASEANAPOL’s Executive Director. Held on Zoom, he discussed ASEANAPOL’s contributions to regional security and law enforcement collaboration. He also explained the Use of Force Continuum, highlighting the principles that guide officers in using force appropriately and proportionally. The session helped us understand the value of regional cooperation and the ethical issues in force application.

This afternoon, our CAP lecture series covered two important topics. 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒚. 𝑫𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒋𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐, Team Leader of the ASEAN Australia Counter-Trafficking, talked about “Drafting Affidavit: Nuts and Bolts.” She gave detailed advice on how to draft an affidavit accurately and thoroughly. Next, 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒚. 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒐-𝑪𝒊𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒐 shared her knowledge on “Trafficking in Person Investigation,” providing useful insights into the methods used to investigate and combat human trafficking. Both sessions underscored the importance of precise legal work and careful investigations in the fight against trafficking.
