Our heartfelt congratulations to Lakan FLORANTE M. SUGIAN II, Chief of Police of Pola MPS, for being conferred the Gawad ng Dakilang Lakan (PNP Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Operations) and Gawad sa Natatanging Lakan (Special Awards) during the 46th PNPA Alumni Homecoming held at Camp General Mariano N. Castaรฑeda, Silang, Cavite on March 11โ€“14, 2026.

The Gawad ng Dakilang Lakan is among the highest recognitions bestowed upon outstanding alumni of the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association, Inc., honoring Lakans who exemplify exceptional leadership, service, and dedication to duty.

Time may have passed, but the bond of Mandilaab Class of 2014 remains unbroken.

During Balik Akademya 2026, we returned not only to compete, but to relive the memories that shaped us, strengthening old ties, welcoming our newly adopted members, and honoring excellence through the Awarding of Distinguished Mandilaab.
