​On March 26, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Glan demonstrated this commitment through the Munisipyo sa Barangay initiative held at Barangay Datalbukay. Various departments converged to provide essential public services directly to the residents, ensuring that no one is left behind due to distance or logistics.

​A key highlight of the event was the proactive outreach by the Office of the Local Civil Registrar of Glan, which conducted a Free Registration of Birth Certificates. This initiative provided many residents with the vital legal identity and documentation necessary for accessing further government benefits.

​The day reached a joyful milestone with the Kasalan sa Barangay, where 57 couples officially exchanged vows. The mass wedding ceremony was solemnized by Honorable Municipal Mayor Victor James B. Yap, Sr., marking a significant step in strengthening the legal and social foundations of families within the community.
