On January 15, 2025 at 8:00 AM, PLTCOL JESS H DELA CRUZ, Force Commander of the 1st Davao Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company together with R-PSB Cluster Team 2 (Coronon, Zone 1, Saliducon) participated in the Handog Pagmamahal Outreach Program at Barangay Tibolo, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. Spearheaded by the Davao Sur Police Provincial Office under Provincial Director PCOL LEO T AJERO, the initiative aims to bring assistance and hope to the residents of Barangay Tibolo. The program highliths activities such as the distribution of loot bags to children, hygiene kits to parents and a feeding program offering rice, chicken meals, cupcakes and ice cream, fostering a sense of joy and community spirit.

In support of youth development, the Provincial
Director also donated Php 10,000 to Barangay Tibolo for the purchase of sports equipment.

The outreach program demonstrated strong collaboration between the DSPPO and Barangay Officials in addressing the needs of vulnerable communities. The Provincial Director message highlighted the importance of unity and a shared commitment to peace and development. The event strengthened the trust and relationship between the police and residents, showcasing the PNP’s dedication to uplifting marginalized communities and promoting sustainable progress.

In a significant step toward promoting youth empowerment and mental health awareness, PMSg Antoniette L Razonable of R-PSB Cluster 2, 1st Davao Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, under the supervision of PLTCOL JESS U DELA CRUZ, Force Commander, participated as a lecturer during the Project K.A.H.A.Y.A.G. Kabataan (Kaligtasang Adhikain Hangaring Alay sa Yaman, Abilidad at Gabay para sa Kabataan) activity held at Barangay Tibolo Gymnasium, Sta. Cruz.

The event, organized in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Tibolo and the Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station, was attended by 40 students from Inawayan National High School-Tibolo Extension. The project focused on raising awareness about drug prevention and su***de prevention, equipping the youth with vital information about the dangers of drug use and practical strategies to prevent su***de.

Through her lecture, PMSg Razonable emphasized the importance of making informed decisions and encouraged the participants to recognize their potential in contributing to a healthier and more resilient community. The program also highlighted the Philippine National Police’s commitment to fostering youth development and ensuring their well-being.

The activity concluded at 3:10 PM, leaving participants inspired and better equipped to make positive life choices and support their peers in challenging times. This initiative reflects the dedication of R-PSB Cluster 2 to uplifting communities and promoting peace and development in Davao del Sur.
