The Office of the Building Official – City Government of San Juan informs all applicants, professionals, and stakeholders that all Building Application Forms have been updated and revised in accordance with the National Building Code (NBC) Forms.

Effective 15 days after the posting of this advisory, only the latest official forms will be accepted for all applications and transactions processed by this Office.
