Qualifications:
- We prioritized businesses enterprises that resided in Barangay Minuyan Proper which included their updated Business Clearance, cedula, and Barangay ID.

- However, if you are not resided in Barangay Minuyan Proper or you are outside of Brgy. MInuyan Proper, you need to get a SPECIAL PERMIT (if you do not have any business clearance released by our Barangay).

- Last day of "Bazaar and Trade Fair" is October 24, 2025.

✅ Bona fide residents of the Barangay Minuyan Proper
✅ Aged 15 to 30 years old
✅ Solo performers (no group entries)
✅ If you are NOT the CHAMPION from last year's competition

📍 How to Join:
📝 Register at the Barangay Hall Main, Road 1, and look for Mr. Leymart Torren. You can also communicate with Hon. Eddie Decamon - Committee on Social Services. for you to assist.
📅 Deadline for registration: September 26, 2025, until 9:00am. (If the participants reached the needed contestants before or on September 26, the link and physical registration will be closed).
