Orientation and Project Planning for Project Cherish

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in collaboration with Australian Aid and key partners, including the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Jose de Buenavista, is hosting an orientation and planning session for "Project Cherish: Disability-Inclusive Social Protection for Children" at Eagle’s Hotel in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.

This initiative aims to strengthen social protection mechanisms for children with disabilities, promote inclusive support structures, and improve the overall well-being of vulnerable youth. Participants will work on strategic frameworks and develop actionable plans to enhance service delivery in communities.

The Rotary Club of Antique, represented by EnP PP Fritz and PP Carol, actively participated in this significant event.
