Ang Lorenzo C. Tanza Memorial National High School (LCTMNHS) ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng Flag Raising Ceremony na ginanap ngayong Hunyo 12, 2026 sa Barangay Union, San Francisco, Cebu.

Kasama sa makabuluhang pagdiriwang ang Pamahalaang Barangay ng Union sa pangunguna ni Hon. Raffy A. Formentera, Punong Barangay, at ang LCTMNHS Faculty and Staff sa pangunguna ni Ms. Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, Head Teacher III. Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pakikiisa, ipinamalas ng komunidad ang kanilang paggalang at pagpapahalaga sa mga bayaning nagsakripisyo para sa kalayaang tinatamasa ng bansa sa kasalukuyan.

Higit pa sa isang seremonya, ang paggunita ay nagsilbing paalala sa kahalagahan ng pagkakaisa, pagmamahal sa bayan, at pananagutan bilang mga mamamayan. Nawa’y patuloy na magsilbing inspirasyon ang mapagpalayang diwa ng ating mga ninuno sa paghubog ng mga kabataang makabayan at responsableng Pilipino.

June 11, 2026 — Lorenzo C. Tanza Memorial National High School successfully conducted the Synchronized Physical Fitness & Sports Talent Test (PFSTT) to assess learners’ physical readiness, identify athletic potential, and strengthen the school’s sports development program.

Lorenzians actively participated in warm-up activities featuring stretching exercises and an energizing Zumba presentation facilitated by the LCT Dance Dynasty. This was followed by the Orientation and Tasking, where teachers and personnel were grouped, assigned to stations, and briefed on their respective roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient conduct of the activity.

Anchored on the school's commitment to holistic learner development, the PFSTT highlighted discipline, teamwork, physical wellness, and sportsmanship while providing a structured avenue for discovering promising athletic talents among Lorenzians.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all teachers and staff whose dedication, cooperation, and commitment ensured the success of this undertaking. Your willingness to serve beyond your assigned duties reflects the true spirit of teamwork and excellence that defines the LCTMNHS community.

Special thanks to MAPEH Coordinator Mrs. Bebet E. Miao for her leadership, and tireless efforts in organizing and overseeing the activity, ensuring that every detail was carefully coordinated for its successful implementation.

Lorenzo C. Tanza Memorial National High School officially welcomed Lorenzians on the first day of School Year 2026–2027 through an opening program that marked the beginning of another year of learning, growth, and achievement.

The program commenced with an inspiring Welcome Message from Head Teacher III, Ms. Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, who warmly greeted all Lorenzians and encouraged them to embrace the opportunities and challenges of the new academic year.

The event was further graced by the presence of the Punong Barangay, Hon. Raffy A. Formentera, highlighting the continued support and partnership between the school and the community.

Lorenzo C. Tanza Memorial National High School (LCTMNHS) successfully culminated its ARAL Summer Program 2026 on June 2, 2026, marking the end of a month-long learning intervention conducted from May 6 to June 2, 2026.

The program aimed to help learners address learning gaps, strengthen essential competencies, and regain confidence in their academic abilities.

The culmination ceremony opened with a warm welcome from Ms. Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor, Head Teacher III, who expressed her gratitude to the learners, parents, and teacher-tutors for their unwavering support and commitment throughout the program.

Following the welcome remarks, Ms. Jennie Babe G. Relampagos, ARAL Coordinator, presented the rationale of the program. She emphasized that ARAL is not a punishment but an opportunity for learners to recover missed learning, improve their competencies, and become more confident in their abilities. She encouraged the participants to view the program as a stepping stone toward greater academic success and personal growth.

The school also recognized the invaluable contributions of the teacher-tutors who willingly dedicated part of their summer vacation to guide and mentor the learners. Their dedication, patience, and commitment played a significant role in the successful implementation of the program and in the academic progress of the participants.

Special appreciation was likewise extended to Ms. Jennie Babe G. Relampagos for her leadership and tireless efforts in coordinating the ARAL Summer Program. The school community also expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Jonavieve Mae M. Campomayor for her steadfast support and guidance, which greatly contributed to the program's success.

A highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of certificates to the ARAL learners, recognizing their perseverance, commitment, and active participation throughout the program. The awarding served as a celebration of their accomplishments and a reminder that continuous effort and determination lead to meaningful progress.

As the program concluded, the culmination ceremony became a celebration of resilience, learning recovery, and shared success. More importantly, it reaffirmed LCTMNHS' commitment to ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to learn, improve, and thrive, truly embodying its mission of being a "Kaabag sa Pag-uswag."
