The Office of the Vice Governor Eric O. Sibuma ended the month with an outreach program through feeding and distribution of medicines at Brgy. Bawanta, Bauang, La Union. The activity catered residents of this humble Barangay with the Barangay Officials and Employees. Its a way of leavening the energy crisis by reducing cooking energy demand and lowering health related energy consumption....

The Provincial Government of La Union headed by Governor Mario Eduardo C Ortega, Vice Governor Eric O Sibuma and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members spearheaded the turn over of multi purpose vehicles and dumptrucks..The City of San Fernando and Municipality of San Juan were given dump trucks while the Barangays of Sto. Tomas, Aringay, Tubao, and Santol were given the multi purpose vehicles. This is a timely provisioning while we are under the state of energy crisis which would atleast help and fasten the delivery of basic services to all ElYucanos....
