• 𝐀𝐠𝐞: At least 18 but not more than 30 years old at the time of application
• 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Must be a resident of the City of San Fernando, La Union
• 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Must have a passing General Weighted Average (GWA) not lower than 80 with no failing grade, no dropped subjects, no incomplete grades, and of good moral character.
• 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬:
• 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 – must be currently enrolled in senior high school or college
• 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐭-𝐨𝐟-𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 (𝐎𝐒𝐘) – must be certified as OSY by their respective barangay
• 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Must belong to a family whose total net income does not exceed the current poverty threshold

Sa pamamagitan ng EDU-AKSYON, namahagi tayo ng educational assistance bilang suporta sa mga kabataang ng Barangay Cadaclan na nangangarap at nagsusumikap.

Ang programang ito ay isinakatuparan sa tulong ng pondo mula sa Sangguniang Kabataan, bilang bahagi ng adbokasiya nating suportahan ang edukasyon at kabataan sa lokal na antas.

Sa bawat simpleng hakbang, nagsisimula ang tunay na pagbabago.

ONE DAY LEAGUE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
(September 30, 2025 @5:30pm onwards)
Barangay Cadaclan Covered Court

I. GENERAL RULES:
A. This volleyball competitions shall be held in accordance with the rules of International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) 2021-2024 Edition and as modified by and/or supplemented by the guidelines stated hereunder

B. In case of any dispute on the text, The English version of the latest FIVB Rules shall prevail.

C. Any unforeseen event not covered by the rules shall be dealt with as follows:
1. Cases of general nature shall be resolved in accordance with the guidelines of Sangguniang Kabataan of Cadaclan.
2. Technical question shall be resolved in accordance with the Technical Guidelines, rules & Regulations of Volleyball

TEAM COMPOSITION AND PLAYER CONDUCT
1. A common rule for mixed volleyball is to have a specific number of boys and girls on the court. A team must have at least 2 girls and 4 boys inside the court during the game.
2. Teams must be ready to play at the scheduled time, with teams often having a 15-minute grace period or facing forfeits for late arrival or incomplete team after the grace period.
3. Players must adhere to the established rules of sportsmanship, with action like violence or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs leading to ejection or suspension.
4. Players must wear appropriate sports attire to participate.

MATCH FORMAT AND SCORING
1. Since this is just a one-day league, matches are played at one set per game with 25 points with deuce
2. A team must win by margin of at least two points, with play continuing until one team achieves the required score with the two-point lead.

TOURNAMENT ADMINISTRATION
1. Only the team captain is permitted to communicate with the referees regarding protests or other concerns
2. The tournament committee has the final say on any disputes or rule interpretations.
3. Teams that default or walk out of a match will lose by forfeiture and may face penalties for future tournaments.

COMPOSITION OF A TEAM:
A team shall be composed of the following:
12 Players including one (1) or (2) LIBEROS
1 Head Coach
1 Asst. Coach/ Trainer

PARTICIPANT’S CONDUCT:
1. Participants must know the “official volleyball rules” and abide by them.
2. Participants must accept Referee’s decision with sportsmanlike conduct, without disputing them;
3. Participants must refrain from actions or attitude aimed at influencing the decision of the referees or covering up the faults committed by their team.
4. Participants must behave respectfully and courteously in the spirit of fair play not only towards the referee but also towards the officials, the opponent, teammates and spectators. (Rule 20.2.1)
