The 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗣𝗠𝗖) is a newly established unit of the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 (𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧-𝟭). RDILPMC focuses on the R&D projects, proposals, and councils’ activities; and establishes international linkages for projects collaboration. ojects, and these are the following: Regional Research, Development, and Innovation Committee (RRDIC), Innovation Centers, Region 1 Health Research and Development Consortium (R1HRDC), Ilocos Consortium for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (ICIEERD), Ilocos Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (ILAARDEC), and Niche Centers in the Regions for R&D (NICER) Program.
