Today, June 15, 2026, the Catbalogan Civil Registry Office successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Mobile Registration of Birth Certificates at Brgy. Guinsorongan, Catbalogan City.

This initiative aims to ensure that every individual, regardless of distance or economic status, can access and enjoy their right to civil registration. Through this activity, our office was able to assist a total of 30 individuals with delayed birth registration and other civil registry concerns.

This successful activity was made possible through the strong coordination between the Local Civil Registry Office and the barangay. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council of Brgy. Guinsorongan, especially to Brgy. Chairperson Hon. Lemuel R. Lotok and Sk Chairperson Hon. Kim Bacarra, for their unwavering support!
