DDB issued Regulation No. 4, Series of 2016 which sets the Guidelines on Voluntarily Surrender of Drug Users and Dependents and Monitoring Mechanism of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Campaigns, otherwise known as Oplan Sagip, to establish clear protocols in dealing with drug users who voluntarily surrender. This underscores the assessment, intervention, and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring compliance with pertinent drug laws and promote recovery through rehabilitation.
