LIFE NARRATIVE OF NARCISO BELLO VICTORIANO
Born on July 1, 1961, Narciso Bello Victoriano was raised in the humble yet proud town of Sabangan, Mountain Province. He is the son of Policarpio Victoriano (Gaong) from the Palalag Tanong and Kuyayaan clans and Rita Lami-ing Bello of the Annasiw clan. From his roots, he inherited a strong sense of duty, hard work, and cultural identity—values that have guided his every step in life.
Narciso Victoriano is married to Josephine Gaddang Inomian, daughter of Pablo Dongaso Inomian (+) of the Madmadney clan and Felipina Akellay Gaddang of the Gaddang-Dayapan clan. Together, they built a family grounded in faith, resilience, and service. They are proud parents to:

EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY
Narciso’s pursuit of education began at Supang Elementary School (1969–1976). He went on to complete his secondary education at San Alfonso High School (1976–1980). Driven by a passion for learning and service, he studied at Saint Louis University (1980–1983) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy—a discipline that sharpened his critical thinking and deepened his commitment to public service.
A lifelong learner, Narciso also obtained TESDA certifications in Automotive Mechanic and Automotive Electricity (NCII), equipping him with practical skills that complemented his academic background.

Narciso’s professional journey reflects his deep connection to the everyday struggles and aspirations of ordinary people. His career includes:
• Bureau of Fire Protection (1993–2017) – Retired officer who dedicated over two decades to protecting lives and properties.

• San Alfonso High School Sabangan (1989)
• Businessman – Supporting local economic development through entrepreneurship.
• Farmer/Gardener – Honoring his Igorot heritage and the value of sustainable living.
• Construction Laborer, Miner/Helper (Philex Mining Corp) – Experiencing the grit and determination of laborers firsthand.
• Janitor (working student at SLU) – A testament to his perseverance and strong work ethic during his student years.
