In view of the ongoing global crisis affecting the country, the Local Government Unit of Rosario hereby informs the public that the following events are 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱.

• Jobs Fair: 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Mass Wedding: 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Sports activities that have already started prior to the crisis

Schedule of the game

The 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗣) successfully held its Distribution of Educational Assistance for 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 and 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 students at the 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁.

This meaningful initiative highlights the municipality’s unwavering commitment to supporting the education of our youth and easing the financial challenges faced by families. Through programs like MEAP, we continue to invest in the future and empower students to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.

In support of 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟰 issued by the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 directing all government agencies to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols, including the temporary four‑day workweek, reduction of electricity and fuel consumption, and prohibition of non-essential travel, the Municipality of Rosario, La Union, will implement a 𝟰-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 effective 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 12037, s. 2024, March 2, 2026, is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of La Union, in commemoration of its Founding Anniversary.
In relation, all Provincial Government of La Union offices will be closed on that day. However, offices providing health, disaster response, security, and other essential services will remain operational.
