IN SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY - Charlie Company, 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion on The Ground.

Personnel of Charlie Company, 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion under the supervision of 405 Laang Kawal RRIBn - Rizal, and COL MELGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 405 Laang Kawal CDC - Rizal, 4RCDG Rescom conducted Dental and Optical Mission, Blood Sugar Monioring and Operation Tuli at Relocation, Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal on May 3, 2026.

The activity was in collaboration with Officers and Directors of the Homeowners Association in Relocation, Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal , the 4th Special Forces Battalion, 80th Infantry "Steadfast" Battalion and the Municipality of Rodriguez, Rizal.

This outreach activity offered free services including dental and optical service, Tuli and blood sugar monitoring. A total of 601 services were rendered, broken down as follows: Dental – 165 ; Blood Sugar Monitoring – 178; Eye Examination with Free Reading Glasses - 129 and Tuli - 129.

The outreach activity was conducted in support of the Philippine Army's initiative in giving Free Basic but Essential Medical and Dental Services to the Communities.

Personnel of Charlie Company, 405th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion with the supervision and leadership of 405 Laang Kawal RRIBn - Rizal, Battalion Commander, MAJ GARY JASON EJERCITO PA (RES) and COL MELGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 405 Laang Kawal CDC - Rizal, 4RCDG Rescom conducted Dental and Optical Mission, Blood Sugar Monioring and Operation Tuli at Eastwood Greenview Ph3B Covered Court, Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal on April 26, 2026.

The activity was in collaboration with Officers and Directors of Eastwood Greenview Ph3B Homeowners Association Inc, the 4th Special Forces Battalion and 80th Infantry "Steadfast" Battalion.

This outreach activity offered free services including dental and optical service, Tuli and blood sugar monitoring. A total of 206 services were rendered, broken down as follows: Dental – 41 ; Blood Sugar Monitoring – 60; Eye Examination with Free Reading Glasses - 68 and Tuli - 37.

The outreach activity was conducted in support of the Philippine Army's initiative in giving Free Basic but Essential Medical and Dental Services to the Communities.

The activity was in collaboration with the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Malanday, San Mateo, Rizal and the 80th Infantry "Steadfast" Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army.

This outreach activity offered free services including dental and optical service, Tuli and blood sugar monitoring. A total of 582 services were rendered, broken down as follows: Dental – 170 ; Blood Sugar Monitoring – 69; Eye Examination with Free Reading Glasses - 113 and Tuli - 230.

Charlie Company, 405RRIBn Conducted 1st Quarter 2026 Mustering and RRU Evaluation

Charlie Company successfully conducted its 1st Quarter 2026 Mustering of Troops on 12 April 2026 at Tagumpay National High School, Brgy. San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal. The activity aimed to ensure accurate troop accounting, enhance unit readiness, and strengthen the overall operational posture of the company. The Activity led by Charlie Company Commanding Officer, 1LT VALENTIN G LOPEZ JR PA (RES) and was formally presided over by COL MELGEVAL B HILAO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 405th Community Defense Center whose presence provided guidance and emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline and preparedness.

The activity also featured the Awarding of the Military Commendation Medal to qualified personnel for their commendable performance and valuable contributions to the unit’s mission accomplishment.

The success of the mustering reflects the dedication, professionalism, and unity of the men and women of Charlie Company and 405th Community Defense Center who continue to uphold the highest standards of service and readiness in fulfilling their duty to the nation.

After the activity, personnel from the 80th Infantry Battalion, 2ID, PA conducted Evaluation of the Ready Reserve Unit. The purpose of this is to Evaluate preparedness and readiness of the Ready Reserve Unit to support the Regular Force in the events of war, invasion, rebellion and to assist during Disaster, Calamities and Humanitarian Assistance and Disater Relief.
