Inspired by this timeless quote, the Local Government Unit of Reina Mercedes, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Reina Mercedes, in partnership with COMELEC, PNP Reina Mercedes, DepEd Reina Mercedes District, LDRRMO Reina Mercedes, the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Reina Mercedes, and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), proudly presents this year's Empowerment Symposium (YES) Project.

This initiative is designed to equip the of Reina Mercedes with the knowledge, skills, and awareness they need to address today's challenges and become responsible, empowered, and future-ready leaders.

📚 The Youth Empowerment Symposium will feature the following learning sessions:
1️⃣ Teenage Pregnancy 🤰
2️⃣ Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL)🚸
3️⃣ Road Safety 🚧🚦🚥
4️⃣ Basic Life Support 🛟🦺
5️⃣ Youth Anti-Illegal Drugs 💊💉
6️⃣ Voter's Education🗳️
7️⃣ Digital Literacy👩‍💻👨‍💻📱

🧠 To cap off the symposium, participants will compete in the LNK 2026 Quiz Bee, where they will put their acquired knowledge to the test. The competition will cover the topics discussed during the symposium, encouraging participants to apply what they have learned while promoting critical thinking, teamwork, and healthy competition.

Together, let's empower the through education, awareness, and meaningful conversations that inspire positive action and responsible citizenship.

In partnership with the Local Government Unit of Reina Mercedes, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), the National To***co Administration (NTA), and the Municipal Health Office (MHO), the of Reina Mercedes proudly brings you the following community-centered activities:
