QSU ROTC UNIT CONDUCTS TRAINING DAY ACROSS THE THREE CAMPUSES
Under the leadership of LTC JIMSON P TALAMAYAN (INF) PA, 204CDC Director/Commandant, and TSg Maurie M Victoria (MI) PA, Chief Clerk, together with the Graduate Military Assistants (GMA), Training Staff, and Advance ROTC Cadets, successfully facilitated the 5th, 9th, and 8th Training Days across the three campuses of Quirino State University (QSU).
On 04 September 2026, at the QSU Maddela Campus, the Training Staff and Advance ROTC Cadets, under the supervision of MAJ ROY TACATA PA (RES), Commandant, facilitated the 5th Training Day. The activity featured a lecture on Core Values delivered by TSg Maurie M. Victoria (MI) PA. The cadets were also instructed to accomplish the HUSDAR forms and assisted in completing their registration in the ROTC Management Information System (ROTC-MIS).
On 05 SEPTEMBER 2026, at the QSU Diffun Main Campus, the Training Staff and Advance ROTC Cadets, under the supervision of LTC JIMSON P TALAMAYAN (INF) PA, 204CDC Director/Commandant, conducted the 9th Training Day. The activity commenced with a clean-up drive within and outside the campus premises, as requested by the University President, in preparation for upcoming school activities and to promote cleanliness and orderliness. Subsequently, at 0900H, C/MAJ Shara Kaith T. Dinamman, Corps S1, delivered a lecture on Personal Hygiene, emphasizing the importance of proper personal cleanliness and maintaining good hygiene as part of military bearing and discipline.
Meanwhile, on 05 SEPTEMBER 2026, at the QSU-Cabarroguis Campus, the Training Staff and Advance ROTC Cadets, under the supervision of LTC NOEL B MARTINEZ PA (RES),Commandant, facilitated the 8th Training Day. The training focused on familiarization and proper ex*****on of basic marching and facing movements, enhancing the cadets’ discipline, coordination, and military bearing. Subsequently, at 0900H, C/MAJ Mark Laurence J Puon delivered a lecture on Core Values, followed by a lecture on Military Courtesy and Discipline delivered by C/MAJ Erwin Jay I Miguel.
