San Andres, pumalo na sa ikapitong puwesto sa overall ranking ng medal tally sa Palarong Quezon 2025

Pumalo na sa ikapitong puwesto ang Delegasyon ng San Andres sa overall ranking ng medal tally para sa kasalukuyang Palarong Quezon 2025, batay sa partial and unofficial result na ipinaskil ng DepEd Tayo Quezon.

Patunay ito ng patuloy na pag-angat at dedikasyon ng mga atleta ng bayan na walang sawang lumalaban para sa karangalan ng San Andres.

Sa kabila ng matinding kompetisyon mula sa iba’t ibang bayan ng lalawigan, matagumpay na nag-uwi ng makakapal na medalya ang iba’t ibang contingents ng San Andresβ€”mula athletics, boxing, individual sports, hanggang team eventsβ€”na nag-ambag sa mabilis na pag-akyat ng ranking. Patuloy ding umaasa ang buong komunidad na mas tataas pa ang pwesto ng delegasyon paglabas ng susunod na opisyal na tala.

Ipinapaabot ng Lokal na Pamahalaan, mga g**o, at buong suporta mula sa San Andres District ang kanilang pagpupugay at pagbati sa mga atletang tunay na nagpamalas ng husay, sipag, at puso sa laban. Ngayong araw ipinagdiriwang natin ang Araw ng mga Guroβ€”isang natatanging pagkakataon upang kilalanin at pasalamatan ang mga haligi ng edukasyon na walang sawang gumagabay sa ating mga pangarap. Ang bawat sakripisyo, pagtitiyaga, at pagmamahal na kanilang iniaalay ay nagsisilbing ilaw na nagbibigay direksyon sa landas ng bawat mag-aaral. Sa likod ng kanilang mga ngiti ay ang mga gabing binubuno ng paghahanda, at sa likod ng kanilang pagtuturo ay ang pusong handang mag-alay ng kaalaman at aral sa buhay.

Higit pa sa pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, ang ating mga g**o ay nagsisilbing pangalawang magulang, huwaran, at inspirasyon. Kaya’t sa araw na ito, itaas natin ang ating pagpapahalaga at pagbati sa kanilaβ€”isang malaking pasasalamat para sa kanilang walang kapantay na serbisyo at pagmamalasakit. SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF SAN ANDRES EXIT CONFERENCE ON THE RESULTS OF THE CY 2024 AUDIT

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of San Andres successfully conducted its COA Exit Conference on the Results of the CY 2024 Audit last September 23, 2025, held at the SB Session Hall, 2nd Floor of the New Municipal Building. The activity was spearheaded by Mr. Royce P. Pardo, OIC-Audit Team Leader, who presented and discussed the results and key findings of the audit. The conference aimed to provide transparency, accountability, and guidance to the SK officials in the proper management of their funds and programs for the benefit of the youth sector.

In attendance were the SK Chairpersons, SK Treasurers and SK Kagawad/Budget Monitoring Officers from the seven SK Councils of the municipality, who actively participated and engaged in the discussions. The Exit Conference served as a vital platform in strengthening financial management, compliance with regulations, and ensuring that public resources are utilized efficiently and responsibly.

Through this initiative, the SK of San Andres continues to uphold good governance and accountability, further empowering the youth to become effective leaders in their communities.

SAN ANDRES SK MUNICIPAL FEDERATION MONTHLY REGULAR MEETING

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Municipal Federation of San Andres successfully conducted its Regular Monthly Meeting on September 23, 2025, at the SB Session Hall, 2nd Floor of the New Municipal Building. Present during the session were the SK Chairpersons together with the SK Treasurers and SK Kagawad/Budget Monitoring Officers from the seven SK Councils of the municipality. The gathering served as a vital platform to prepare for the COA Exit Conference, ensuring transparency, accountability, and unity among the youth leaders of San Andres.

Among the key discussions were the SK Congress and Convention 2025, the financial status of the 7 SK Councils, Annual Dues for the CY 2025, Compliance of records, reports, and documents to COA, Remarks on the AOMs (Audit Observation Memorandum), and the Planning of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for the last quarter of the calendar year 2025.

Through this meeting, the SK Federation reaffirmed its commitment to responsible governance and youth empowerment, aiming to deliver impactful initiatives for the young people of San Andres.
