The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Monica is pleased to announce the official list of applicants who have successfully passed the validation and document verification process and are qualified to receive school supplies.

Congratulations to all qualified beneficiaries!

Distribution Details:
Date: August 2, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 9:00 AM onwards
Venue: SK Hall, Barangay Sta. Monica

Important Reminders:

* Bring one (1) valid ID or School ID for verification upon claiming.
* Please arrive on time to help ensure an orderly distribution.
* School supplies will only be released to qualified beneficiaries.

For Authorized Representatives:
If the qualified beneficiary is unable to personally claim the school supplies, an authorized representative may claim on their behalf by presenting the following:

* A signed authorization letter from the qualified beneficiary;
* A photocopy or clear copy of the qualified beneficiaryโ€™s valid ID or School ID; and
* The valid ID of the authorized representative.

Failure to present the required documents may result in the non-release of the school supplies.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Monica invites all qualified college students who are bona fide residents of Barangay Sta. Monica to apply for the eSKwela Ready: School Supplies Distribution Program.

The Google Form will officially open on August 1, 2026, at exactly 9:00 AM (Philippine Time). Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their requirements in advance to ensure a smooth application process.

๐Ÿ“„ Required Documents

1. Proof of Current Enrollment (Upload any ONE (1) of the following):

* Certificate of Registration (COR); or
* Enrollment Receipt; or
* Official screenshot from your schoolโ€™s online portal showing your name and current enrollment status.

2. Proof of Identity and Residency

* School ID, Valid Government-Issued ID, or Barangay ID.
* If your ID does not indicate your address, please upload an additional proof of residency.

Ang pagkakaroon ng kaalaman sa disaster preparedness at first aid ay mahalagang hakbang tungo sa mas ligtas, mas handa, at mas matatag na komunidad.

Lubos po ang aming pasasalamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at tumulong sa ating Blood Donation Drive. Sa ating mga donors at volunteers from Red Cross ๐Ÿ’™ kayo po ang tunay na bayani.

Maraming salamat sa Philippine Red Cross Novaliches Chapter, Congressman PM Vargas, Councilor Alfred Vargas, Tita Leilanie Pagtama San Buenaventura, at Maam Janice sa kanilang suporta.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat din kay Capt. Charlie Manalad sa pagpapagamit ng venue na naging daan upang maidaos nang maayos ang ating aktibidad.
