>To develop the needed policies and formulate the plans and programs in coordination with the CIAs and ensure the efficient performance of the PARCCOMs.

>To monitor and evaluate the implementation of the policies/plans/programs/activities of the CIAs including their efficient utilization of the fund.

>To provide efficient and responsive technical and administrative support to the PARC, PARC ExCom and Audit Management and Investigation Committee (AMIC).
