Objective: Lightweight yet effective strengthening of student representation and transparency through a platform for collecting and responding to student feedback at regular intervals.
* Conduct brief online feedback surveys every month on student concerns, suggestions, event feedback, learning experiences and well-being and other relevant topics.
* Ensure anonymity in the surveys as much as possible as this guarantees a candid input from respondents.
* Tabulate the results, making them available during student council sessions.
* Give back key summaries to the whole student body for transparency.
* Data from surveys will become the basis for important decisions of the council as well as propose developments in school initiatives.

Objective: To bridge the gap between student leaders and the student body through consistent, creative and interactive communication platforms.
Details:
Establishing a physical and/or digital bulletin board updated every month:
"Officer Updates" - to include brief notes of current projects and decisions;
"Student Shoutouts" - reporting of accomplishment or acts of kindness;
"What's Coming up" - announces events and deadlines.
"Open Suggestion Corner"- Allowing students to come up with their ideas, questions, or feedback.
* QR coding or links for easy form access or digital updates.
* Team-up with the P.I.O. and Graphics Team for great visuals.
* Polls, "Idea of the Month," or trivia would set the engagement ball rolling."
๐VoiceBox-Student Grievance & Concern Desk
Objective: To provide students with a safe, respectful, and confidential avenue for the communication of general concerns, grievances, and suggestions relating to school life.
Details:
* A physical drop box("VoiceBox") will be set up in a discreet location but easily accessible (e.g. library, guidance office hallway).
* A digital version via Google Forms for online anonymous submissions will be initiated.
* Input could address general issues like academic stress, bullying, classroom issues, facilities, or student rights.
* Submissions will be monitored and compiled regularly (monthly or even biweekly).
* Discuss common themes at Student Council meetings; if necessary, escalate urgent matters to the proper faculty or school administration.
* Responses should be confidential and dealt with accordingly, with follow-up where appropriate.
Raise awareness and confidence through posters, announcements, and advisor collaboration.
