2. Kung dili tag-iya sa dokumento ang mokuha o alang sa mga gisugo lamang gawas sa nahisgutan sa no. 1:
a) Authorization Letter o duly notarized special power of attorney (original)
b) Valid ID sa tag-iya sa dokumento (original or photocopy)
c) Valid ID sa gisugo (original ug photocopy)
3. Kung ang tag-iya sa dokumento patay na:
a) Valid ID sa mokuha kung ang mokuha ang mga mokuha:
• Ginikanan
• Bana o Asawa
• Anak (naa sa sakto nga pangidaron ug panghunahuna)
b) Kung patay na tanan ang nahisgutan sa No.3 (a):
• Affidavit of Kinship
• Valid ID sa nag pirma sa Affidavit
• Birth Certificate/Baptismal sa nagpirma sa Affidavit

Alang sa kahusay ug proteksyon sa personal nga datos, ang LCR magaserbisyo lamang sa mga kliyente nga kompleto ug husto ang dokumento.
