PUBLIC ADVISORY

Please be advised that from February 22-26, 2023, all personnel of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Lezo will be unavailable as they will be participating in a training in Iloilo City. This training is essential for our personnel to improve their skills and knowledge in responding to emergencies and disasters.

In case of any emergency during this period, please contact the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Aklan at hotline number (168, 099-924-6939. Alternatively, you may also reach out to the MDRRMO Numancia at hotline number (036) 265-3470/0931-775-8445 or the MDRRMO Malinao at hotline number 0981-269-6951.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that the MDRRMO of Lezo will resume its regular services as soon as the training is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: Isang bagyo at isang Low Pressure Area sa loob at labas ng PAR.

Itinuturing na ng JAPAN METEOROLOGICAL AGENCY na ganap nang bagyo o isang Tropical Depression Category ang isang Low Pressure Area na nasa labas ng PAR o sa Pacific Ocean na inaasahang papasok ng PAR sa Lunes (December 23) na tatawaging Bagyong ng PAGASA at posibleng maglandfall sa o sa as TS - STS Category sa bisperas ng Kapaskuhan (December 24) at habang masungit na lagay ng panahon naman ang nagbabadya sa mismong araw ng Pasko (December 25) sa buong at sa kung saan inaasahang dadaan din ang sentro ng bagyo... At dahil din sa bagyo ay inaasahang magpapa-ulan din ito sa , , at sa ilan pang bahagi ng kaya posibleng maging maulan sa mismong araw ng Pasko sa ilang bahagi ng bansa. Sa Huwebes ng gabi (December 26) posibleng makalabas na ito ng PAR.

Samantala ang isa pang sama ng panahon o Low Pressure Area ay namataan naman sa loob ng PAR o nasa silangan ng na may tyansang maging bagyo din at maglandfall naman sa ngayong weekend at babantayan natin ito dahil magdudulot din ito ng mga pag-ulan lalo na sa mga lugar na nakaranas ng malakas na lindol doon.

Patuloy po nating babantayan ang mga sama ng panahon na ito sa mga susunod na araw at manatili lamang pong umantabay dito po sa ating FB Page para sa iba pang mga updates.
