AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE PRIORITY PROGRAMS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO.NIÑO, SOUTH COTABATO, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.
