Property owners are reminded of the upcoming deadline for the Real Property Tax (RPT) Amnesty under the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

This amnesty grants a two-year waiver of penalties, surcharges, and interest on all unpaid real property taxes.

Deadline: July 5, 2026

Coverage:
The amnesty covers all penalties, surcharges, and interest on unpaid Real Property Tax (RPT) that accrued prior to July 5, 2024.

Property owners are encouraged to avail themselves of this opportunity and settle their outstanding real property tax obligations on or before the deadline.
