"Brigada Eskwela" the Department of Education's (DepEd) flagship program, embodies bayanihan by mobilizing teachers, learners, parents, communities, and stakeholders to prepare schools for a successful school year.
Kiangan Central School encourages all parents to participate in this activity to prepare our school for the opening of classes for the School Year 2026-2027 by rendering a 4-hour voluntary service during our Brigada Week. Schedule per grade level is as follows:
June 1, 2026 - Kinder, SNED, Grade 1
June 2, 2026 - Grade 2 and Grade 3
June 3, 2026 - Grade 4 and Grade 5
June 4, 2026 - Grade 6
June 5, 2026 - all those, who were not able to come on their scheduled date, however they can come at any day they are able to.
To mark the kick-off, a caravan parade around town will take place followed by a short program.
