The recently elected Sangguniang Kabataan officials of Paranas took a significant step towards their roles by participating in the SK Mandatory Training on November 13, 2023, at Kirigtaan Hall in Paranas, Samar. This training, facilitated by the Local Youth Development Office, covered crucial topics such as Decentralization and Local Governance, SK History and Salient Features, Meetings and Resolutions, Planning and Budgeting, and Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards.

Throughout the training, the SK officials attentively listened to resource speakers who provided valuable insights. The primary aim of this comprehensive program is to prepare them for the responsibilities of governing the youth in their respective barangays.

Following the enlightening session, an oath-taking ceremony was conducted, led by the esteemed Municipal Mayor Eunice Babalcon.

As they embark on this journey, let's extend our heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan officials of Paranas. Here's to a bright future ahead, filled with leadership, inspiration, and positive change in our community!

𝑾𝒆, the Sagguniang Kabataan officials took an action about the materials we've used during the campaign period of the Barangay and SK Election (BSKE). Let us participate actively and heartilyin good governance through our simple way of cleaning up our neighborhood from election campaign materials.
