πŸ“’ Advocacy Campaign for Children Held at Liceo de Pila

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) – Pila successfully conducted a Symposium on Child Protection and Child Abuse Prevention at Liceo de Pila last August 8, 2025.

The session was led by Mr. Ryle John G. Tantonco II, Registered Social Worker II, who delivered an informative and inspiring discussion on the importance of safeguarding children’s rights, recognizing the signs of abuse, and understanding the laws designed to protect the youth.

Teachers, students, and school staff actively participated, gaining valuable insights on how schools, families, and the community can work together to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for every child.

The MSWD Pila continues to advocate for vigilance, compassion, and collective responsibility in protecting our children β€” because the safety and well-being of the young is a shared duty we must uphold at all times. ❀️
