> Responsible for the Sales of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems to ensure that annual personnel and department sales volume are achieved in terms of bookings, billings, operating profit, etc.
> Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services offerings and methodologies.
> Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential customers account across the assigned market by by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
> Monitor and maximize own sales volumes and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets.

> Regularly meet and discuss the status of on-going projects and collection problems with the immediate superior.
> Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients.
> Coordinate orders of the customers with the end user.
> Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
> Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales report together with the status of on-going projects to the management.
