During the engagement, Chief Master Sergeant Tullao assessed personnel morale and welfare and emphasized the significant role of enlisted personnel in advancing the Philippine Air Force’s training and education. He reiterated key command guidance, highlighting the importance of upholding the values of “Disiplina, Malasakit, at Kahusayan (DMK)” as the foundation of discipline, professionalism, and mission effectiveness. He also reminded the troops to avoid misconduct such as Driving Under the Influence of Liquor (DUIL), harassment, illegal drug involvement, and illegal gambling, while stressing the importance of mental health awareness and encouraging the adoption of the Buddy System to promote mutual support, open communication, and resilience among personnel.
Meanwhile, Chief Master Sergeant Ferrer discussed key PAF personnel support programs, including the EP Scholarship Program, Mental Wellness Break, and medical reimbursement, which are designed to support the professional growth and overall well-being of airmen. The engagement also served as a platform to strengthen communication between leadership and personnel, address concerns, and reinforce initiatives that enhance both individual competence and organizational capability—reaffirming senior enlisted leadership's commitment to a disciplined, capable, and mission-ready enlisted force.
