Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas, buong pagmamalaking inilalahad ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Paombong ang Opisyal na Video ng “Lupang Hinirang”, ang pambansang awit na sumasalamin sa diwa ng kalayaan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala sa bawat mamamayan ng mga sakripisyo at kabayanihang nagbigay-daan sa kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon. Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang makulay na kasaysayan ng ating bansa at patuloy na isabuhay ang pagiging makabayan sa bawat araw.

✨ 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗙𝗣𝗦 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Municipality of Paombong successfully conducted its 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗚𝗙𝗣𝗦) 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, held last May 14, 2026 at the 3rd Floor Function Hall, reinforcing its commitment to gender-responsive and inclusive governance.

Led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀, 𝗚𝗙𝗣𝗦 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, the meeting gathered key offices to discuss priority GAD initiatives and ensure effective implementation of programs for FY 2025–2026.

Key updates and important matters discussed included the 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, as well as relevant 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. The meeting also addressed 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, the enhancement of the 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, and other significant institutional concerns.

In support of transparency and accountability, each office and agency that submitted their 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 also presented updates on the status of implementation of their respective GAD programs, projects, and activities, ensuring that all commitments are properly monitored and aligned with gender-responsive development goals.

Further discussions included updates on the 𝗦𝗚𝗟𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, presented in coordination with 𝗠𝗟𝗚𝗢𝗢 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗖. 𝗢𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗮, and planning inputs for continuous improvement led by 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀.

The meeting concluded with consolidated agreements and recommendations to further strengthen gender and development programs in the municipality.

Through continuous collaboration, the GFPS continues to advance a shared vision of a progressive, inclusive, and empowered Paombong—where every sector is heard, valued, and represented. 💜

In preparation for the upcoming Pride Month Celebration, a successful Consultative Meeting with members of the LGBTQIA+ community was conducted on May 13, 2026, reaffirming the Municipality of Paombong’s commitment to inclusivity, equality, and respect for diversity. 🏳️‍🌈

The activity was led by GAD Chairperson Mayor Mac Marcos, together with Ms. Princess Anne Marcos (Municipal Administrator), Mrs. Mercy Grace M. Ventura (GAD Focal), and Dr. Jose Mari De Jesus (MHO). The meeting served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration with the LGBTQIA+ community and to discuss meaningful programs and initiatives that uphold human dignity, gender sensitivity, empowerment, and equal opportunities for all.

The Municipality recognizes the vital role of the LGBTQIA+ community in nation-building and community development. Through continued dialogue and partnership, we aspire to cultivate a society where every individual is accepted, protected, and celebrated for who they are.

🎉 Congratulations to the Pride of Paombong, Ms. Jessie M. Pascual! 🎉

We are immensely proud to celebrate Jessie M. Pascual for being named 1st Runner-Up in the LIKHAng Kababaihan 2026 Business Plan Competition – National Level! Out of 16 regional finalists, Jessie’s vision, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly, earning her national recognition for her oyster farming business.

From her journey as a former household service worker in Saudi Arabia to becoming a national awardee, Jessie embodies the courage, determination, and creativity of Filipina migrant workers. Her success is a shining testament that with hard work, vision, and perseverance, dreams can be transformed into thriving realities.

This recognition under the Linangin ang Kakayahan sa Kabuhayan (LIKHA) Award underscores the power of entrepreneurship to create sustainable livelihoods and long-term growth for our OFWs.

Mula sa pagiging household service worker sa Saudi Arabia, pinatunayan niya ang tapang, tiyaga, at pagkamalikhain ng mga Filipinang OFW sa pamamagitan ng kanyang oyster farming business.

Ang tagumpay na ito sa ilalim ng LIKHA Award ay patunay na sa sipag, determinasyon, at malinaw na pangarap, kayang maabot ng bawat kababaihan ang tagumpay.

✨ Empowering Gender-Responsive Governance! 💜

The Municipality of Paombong successfully conducted the Gender Sensitivity Training (Batch 2), cm Preparation of the Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget (GPB) for CY 2027, held at the 3rd Floor Function Hall.

Spearheaded through the collaborative efforts of the Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS) and the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), the activity further strengthened participants’ awareness and understanding of gender sensitivity and gender mainstreaming. It also enhanced their capacity to effectively contribute to the formulation of the 2027 GAD Plan and Budget, aligned with existing national policies and guidelines.

Participants also expressed their commitment to actively support and ensure the continuous mainstreaming of Gender and Development (GAD) in programs, projects, and services of the municipality, reinforcing the local government’s dedication to inclusive and gender-responsive governance.

Through continuous learning, collaboration, and commitment, the Municipality of Paombong moves forward in promoting inclusive, equitable, and gender-responsive programs and services for the Paombong community. 💜

The 1st Quarterly Meeting of the Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System for Fiscal Year 2025 was successfully held last February 4, 2026 at the Municipal 3rd Floor Function Hall, Paombong, Bulacan.

The meeting gathered dedicated members and stakeholders to discuss and strengthen our commitment to gender-responsive governance and inclusive development.
