FIST 70 ALAMINIAN COUPLES (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE ONLY)

(Both Applicants – 18 years old and above)
1. CENOMAR or Certificate of No Marriage from PSA (latest 6 months only)
2. Birth Certificate (PSA copy or CTC from LCRO)
3. Certificate of Pre-Marriage Orientation(PMO) and Pre-Marriage Counseling(PMC)
4. Certificate of Legal Capacity (Foreign Applicant)
5. CTC of Court Decree, Certificate of Marriage with Annotation and Judicial Decree of Annulment (Annulled Applicant)
6. Certificate of Death of deceased spouse (Widow/Widower Applicant)
7. Parental Consent (18-20 years old)
8. Parental Advice (21-24 years old)
9. Valid ID (as proof of identity and residency)
10. CEDULA (current year)
11. 3 copies of latest picture together (2R Landscape)
