Hope everyone had a peaceful and meaningful Holy Week. As we step into a new month and a fresh week, we’re excited to open our doors again and continue serving the community.

Whether you’re a student on summer break looking for a place to read and study, or someone needing help with e-government services, we’ve got you covered.

Library Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Thursday (except on Holiday)

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In line with the directive of Presidend Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., government offices will temporarily implement a 4-Day Work Week as part of the national government’s efforts to conserve energy and reduce fuel consumption amid rising global oil prices.

In support of this initiative, the Alcala Municipal Library will implement the following new library schedule:

🗓️Monday – Thursday
🕖 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Library users and visitors are advised to plan their visits accordingly. We appreciate your understanding as we join the government’s efforts toward responsible energy use and sustainability.

At , our service goes beyond books. We assist senior citizen clients with their eGov needs, from online registrations to navigating digital government services, ensuring they receive clear guidance and reliable support.

With the help of our dedicated library staff and OJT interns, we provide patient, hands-on assistance to make digital services more accessible and easier to use for our community.

Because true public service means making sure everyone—especially our senior citizens—can confidently access the services they need.

Another day, another set of bright little explorers at the Alcala Municipal Library!

We warmly welcomed the adorable pupils of Kisikis Children Development Center, together with their supportive parents/guardians, for Lakbay Bulilit 2026. It’s always a joy to see young minds step into the library with wide eyes and curious hearts.

Exposing children to the library at an early age builds confidence, sparks imagination, and nurtures a love for reading and learning that can last a lifetime. Alcala Municipal Library will always be happy to open its doors to our little learners and their families.

So happy to welcome our little learners once again!

Alcala Municipal Library is truly grateful to Barangay Bersamin's Children Development Center for visiting us and also choosing us as one of their Lakbay Bulilit 2026 partner institutions. Seeing the children explore the library, discover books, and experience a space made for learning and imagination reminds us why libraries matter.

We are always happy to make our young visitors feel welcome and excited to learn. The library doors are open, ready to be a safe and nurturing learning hub for the kids whenever they need us. Thank you for trusting us to be part of their journey of curiosity, growth, and discovery.
