📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | RESUMPTION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

After navigating 3 weeks of Alternative Delivery Modes (online classes and modules) and yesterday's (Monday, August 24) smooth return to face-to-face learning, we were briefly interrupted today, Tuesday, due to the southwest monsoon (Habagat).

We are happy to announce that tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Dulag Elementary School will CONTINUE NORMAL CLASSROOM OPERATIONS (HAYO)! 🏫✨

We are hoping for steady weather so our face-to-face classes can continue uninterrupted. We are super excited to welcome back our bright and eager learners tomorrow morning!

Prioritizing the safety and well-being of every learner, the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) Officers of Dulag Elementary School successfully conducted the School Watching and Hazard Mapping for School Year 2026–2027 today.

Guided by the principles of disaster preparedness, our student leaders inspected the school grounds to identify potential hazards, assess risk areas, and ensure a secure environment for all pupils, teachers, and staff.

Through active student leadership, Dulag ES continues to promote a culture of safety, vigilance, and proactive disaster risk reduction.

During the suspended face-to-face classes due to the heavy rains and southwest monsoon (Habagat) from August 3–7 and August 10–11, 2026, Dulag ES actively implemented Modular Distance Learning (MDL) and Online Synchronous/Asynchronous Classes.

In line with our dedication to maintaining a safe and secure school, Dulag Elementary School successfully carried out an Active Threat Drill for students across various grade levels.

Our School DRRM Coordinator led the session, sharing critical safety measures and key takeaways from the Technical Orientation on Active Threat (Active Shooter Incidents) Contingency Planning. Students were taught how to identify potential threats, keep calm during a crisis, and react correctly by following set safety procedures.

The purpose of this exercise is to enhance our school’s overall preparedness, alertness, and resilience when facing emergencies, while also fostering a culture of safety and watchfulness.

Let’s keep working together to ensure a safer and more secure environment for every one of our learners.
