June 30, 2025 โ Laoac National High School celebrated the PRIDE MONTH or known as the LGBTQIA+ community with the theme: Pride and Prejudice: The journey toward Acceptance and Inclusivity focusing the Equal Employment Opportunity Principle Policies .
The event started at 7:30 am with the parade headed by the Principal , Dr. Amy T. Paco, together with teachers and students who belong to the LGBTQIA+ group. After the March, the principal emphasized that whatever sexual preference a person has chosen, respect and equal treatment must be accorded to him/her.
The observance also showcased the creativity and resourcefulness of the LGBTQIA+ community and the internal stakeholders. The Best Dressed Award , student and faculty category, received Certificate of Recognition , in kind and cash prizes, to wit:

The PRIDE MONTH was spearheaded by Ms. Remegia V. Javier, Head Teacher and GAD Coordinator along with the LNHS family, Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers and adviser, Mrs Wilma T. Rosal. The event concluded at 8:45 am. Students proceeded to their respective classroom for their second period class. Indeed, it was fun and a successful affair to remember.
