The new TESDA Antique Provincial Director Rick M. Abraham paid a courtesy call to Mayor Tomas U. Estoperez Jr. to strengthen partnership in skills training and job placement for Pandan residents.

Provincial Director Abraham promised TESDA's full support to run the Municipal Training Center, including training for local instructors. Using this local center makes high-quality, government-funded training accessible to Northern Antique residents, saving them travel time and money.

Mayor Estoperez Jr. thanked TESDA Provincial Director , stressing that the partnership is about more than certificates; it's about providing "livelihood, dignity, and a secure future." He also affirmed the LGU's commitment to ensuring every graduate of TESDA gets a meaningful job to boost the economic status of the trainees and the local economy.

The meeting successfully created a stronger working relationship for future job-focused skills projects in Pandan.
