As guests and participants roamed the pavilions and exhibits, the program featured insightful talks from representatives of the 9 priority sectors of the Tatak Pinoy Strategy.

From the sectors of Food and Agro-Processing; Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM); Cement, Steel and Construction Materials; Electronics and Electrical Devices; Semiconductors; Automotives, Electric Vehicles, and Automotive Components; Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, and Health Products; Defense Manufacturing; and Chemicals and Industrial Inputs, sector representatives highlighted the strength and potential of Philippine industries. 🏭🌾💻

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng sumuporta, nakiindak, at nakisaya sa 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 2026.

Ang Expo na ito ay simula pa lamang. As we move forward, patuloy nating ipagmamalaki at palalaguin ang mga produkto at serbisyong Proudly Made in the Philippines, Proudly Made by Filipinos, at 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼.

Nais nating ipaabot ang isang malinaw na mensahe: ang gawang Pilipino ay hindi lamang para sa lokal na merkado. Ang Tatak Pinoy ay simbolo ng kakayahan ng mga Pilipino na manguna, makipagsabayan, at magtagumpay sa pandaigdigang entablado. Kapag ang produktong Pilipino ay sinusuportahan, ang buong sambayanang Pilipino ay umaangat.

DTI x FEU Tech: Powering innovation through AI and startups

The DTI, through the Competitiveness and Innovation Group (CIG), and FEU Institute of Technology formalized their partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on 06 May 2026, marking a stronger push to advance the DTI AI and Startup Center.

Through this collaboration, DTI and FEU Tech aim to open more pathways for MSMEs and startups to access AI-driven solutions, digital transformation support, incubation opportunities, ecosystem-building programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Together, they are bringing innovation closer to enterprises, founders, and communities, helping build a more competitive, inclusive, and future-ready Philippine economy.

The Department of Trade and Industry joined the Cosmobeauté Philippines Press Conference in support of a beauty, wellness, and personal care industry that is ready to grow beyond shelves and storefronts.

Set to be held on 17-19 June 2026 at the World Trade Center, Cosmobeauté Philippines 2026 will bring together brands, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and industry leaders for business matching, market access, innovation, and stronger industry collaboration.

“The beauty industry today is no longer just about products. It is about innovation. It is about identity. And more importantly, it is about creating value that allows Filipino enterprises to compete not only locally, but globally,” said CIG Supervising Head Nylah Rizza D.
