In line with the prescribed seven (7)-day mode of activities, Sto. Tomas Fire Station successfully conducted Flag Retreat Ceremony as a daily reminder of patriotism, discipline, and dedication to public duty. It encourages respect for the Philippine flag, enhances staff solidarity, and reaffirms the ideals and obligations required of its personnel under the leadership of 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗠 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗭𝗔𝗥, Regional Director, BFP Region 3, and the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐂 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal of Pampanga with the guidance of SFO4 Isagani C Santos, Officer-in-Charge Municipal Fire Marshal of 𝑺𝒕𝒐. 05 October 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 |MONDAY FLAG RAISING & RANK INSPECTION

In line with the prescribed seven (7) -day mode of activities, the Sto Tomas Fire Station successfully conducted a Flag Raising Ceremony followed by a Rank Inspection, under the leadership of 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗠 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗭𝗔𝗥, Regional Director, BFP Region 3, and the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐂 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal of Pampanga with the guidance of SFO4 Isagani C Santos , Officer-in-Charge Municipal Fire Marshal of 𝑺𝒕𝒐. 𝑻𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

The program commenced with a solemn Flag Raising Ceremony, symbolizing the Bureau's unwavering patriotism, unity, and dedication to serving the Filipino people. This was followed by a comprehensive Rank Inspection to ensure that all personnel were wearing the prescribed uniform complete with the proper accoutrements, insignias, and rank markings while strictly adhering to the Bureau's grooming and appearance standards.

The inspection serves as a vital measure in promoting discipline, accountability, and operational readiness among all personnel. It reinforces the importance of maintaining a professional appearance and embodying the values of integrity, competence, and dedication expected of every firefighter.
