In support of the educational programs for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), and under the administration of ๐‰๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐„๐ƒ๐Œ๐”๐๐ƒ ๐‹ ๐‹๐‹๐€๐Œ๐€๐’๐€๐‘๐„๐’, District Jail Warden, an Alternative Learning System (ALS) Senior High School Orientation and Enrollment Activity was successfully conducted on ๐‰๐ฎ๐ง๐ž ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

The activity was conducted by ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‘๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฅ ๐€๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ and ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‰๐จ๐ฒ ๐‚๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ , ALS Senior High School Advisers, who provided an orientation on the ALS Senior High School Program and facilitated the enrollment of interested PDL learners.

A total of twenty (20) PDLs enrolled in Grade 11, while eighteen (18) PDLs enrolled in Grade 12, signifying their determination to continue their education and acquire knowledge and skills that will contribute to their personal growth and successful reintegration into society. ๐Ÿ“–

The activity was facilitated by ๐’๐‰๐Ž๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐š ๐Œ ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ, ALS Coordinator, ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the orientation and enrollment process.

This initiative highlights BJMPโ€™s commitment to promoting education as a pathway to rehabilitation, empowerment, and positive transformation among PDLs.

As part of the program, the participants joined the Signing of the Pledge of Commitment, reaffirming their dedication and support in creating a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for the learners and the school community. โœ๏ธ

In support of the schoolโ€™s preparation for the opening of classes, the personnel also donated cleaning materials to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the school facilities. ๐Ÿงน

Under the leadership of ๐‰๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐„๐ƒ๐Œ๐”๐๐ƒ ๐‹ ๐‹๐‹๐€๐Œ๐€๐’๐€๐‘๐„๐’, District Jail Warden, eight (8) personnel from this unit, led by ๐‰๐Ž๐Ÿ ๐‰๐„๐‘๐Ž๐Œ๐„ ๐ ๐๐Ž๐‹๐„๐€๐‹, conducted an outreach program on June 1, 2026 at Bahay Pag-Asa (Home for Boys), Angeles City, Pampanga.

As part of the activity, meals and hygiene kits were distributed to seventeen (17) boys and six (6) elderly residents of the facility. This initiative aimed to extend care, compassion, and support to the beneficiaries while promoting the spirit of community service and social responsibility. ๐Ÿ’™
