☑ Sabihin ang inyong history of travel o kung saang mga lugar o bansa kayo nanggaling kamakailan
☑ Ipakita lahat ng inyong mga tattoo at piercings
☑ Kumain ng tama at sapat bago kuhanan ng dugo. Iwasan ang matataba o malalangis na pagkain

To all aspiring candidates of Lakan at Binibining Pagsanjan 2025 from Brgy. Poblacion Dos (II), Pagsanjan, Laguna, kindly message us here on our page so we can provide you an ENDORSEMENT LETTER upon your request for the upcoming screening.

Please take note:

- The endorsement letter will only serve as one of the requirements for the screening upon the request of aspiring candidates.

- No SK Fund will be disbursed nor provided for the expenses of the candidates that requested for endorsement.

- A solicitation letter will be provided once the endorsed candidate qualified as one of the official candidates to help in their expenses for the pageant.

Kindly send us the following upon the request of an endorsement letter:

- Scan of Original Birth Certificate
- Scan of Government Issued ID bearing address.

𝗟𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗧 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗝𝗔𝗡
Theme: “𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑻𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝒖𝒏𝒍𝒂𝒅”

𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:
1.16 – 24 years of age.
2.Must be single or never been married.
3.A maximum of sixteen (16) candidates of Lakan at Binibining Pagsanjan, one (1) per Barangay will be allowed to compete. If a certain Barangay does not have any qualified candidates, another Barangay may choose additional candidate, 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞.
4.Each barangay must have at least one official candidate for Lakan and for Binibini, endorsed by their respective Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman.
5. Must be a resident of Pagsanjan for at least six (6) months. If not, he or she must be born in Pagsanjan or one of the parents/grandparents was born in Pagsanjan.
6. He or she must be of good moral character. In addition, applicants who are or have been engage in the following are disqualified:
a. Prostitution or any form thereof.
b. Participation in any “indecent” and lewd exhibitions whether
in print, movies, stage, social, media or television.
c. Existing criminal record.
d. Existing tie up or contract with a conflicting agency.
e. Participation in any other local or international pageants at
the time of application.
7. Height: at least 5’7 for Lakan and 5’3 for Binibini.
8. Decision of the Board of Judges is final and not appealable.
9. For more inquiries: coordinate/visit Mr. Noel Canaria at Municipal Tourism, Culture and Arts Office located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building.
