On February 7-8, 2026, at the headquarters of 9th RCDG, RCPA, Barangay Kuta Dao, Pagadian City, each cadet participated in a workshop focused on creative concepts and video development. This activity was organized through the vision of our Unit Commandant, MAJ Marc Anthony S. Aclo (CE) PA, who made it possible for cadets from all seven schools to attend and improve their skills together.

We are deeply grateful to 2LT Mary Reyanhel Jane C. Elumbaring (AGS) PA, who taught the AVP workshop and shared her expertise in producing "Reels." By teaching our cadets how to create clear and engaging videos, she has given them a fast and responsible way to share information. Her guidance was especially important for the S7 cadets of Misamis University Oroquieta Unit, as it was a requirement to help them better document and highlight our unit’s many accomplishments.

MU EXTENSION ROTCU RESUMES TRAINING

Today, January 17, 2026, the Misamis University (MU) Extension ROTC Unit officially marked the resumption of military instruction for its MS 2 cadets. Under the strategic guidance of the Unit Commandant, MAJ MARC ANTHONY S ACLO (CE) PA, the program returned to the field with a renewed focus on discipline, technical proficiency, and character building. These activities serve as more than just a curriculum requirement; they represent a significant step in transitioning students into a disciplined future leaders of the nation.

The training day began with Sgt. Rey Arvin Ates leading the Manual of Arms drill, which focused on equipment handling and group synchronization to instill obedience and attention to detail. Following the morning drills, the program shifted toward professional growth with a lecture from Sgt. Carl Jerel V. Suganob on Personality Development, emphasizing the integrity and "officer's bearing" required of leaders. The session concluded with technical instruction on Signal Communications, ensuring that cadets developed the combined physical, ethical, and technical skills necessary for modern military service.

WHO: All ROTC Cadets
WHAT: MU Field Instructions followed by Classroom Instruction
WHEN: 23 August 2025 (Saturday)
⏰ Assembly Time: 0700H
⏰ Start of Activity: 0730H sharp
WHERE: MU Field

NOTE: Late cadets will be placed under caution. Strict military discipline will be enforced.

📍 Uniform / Proper Attire:
Plain white T-shirt / ROTC uniform
Black pants
Black rubber shoes
White socks
White handkerchief
Black garrison belt
Proper grooming is strictly required

📍 What to Bring:
Medical certificate (for those with medical findings)
Green envelope (with holder)

🚩 Reminder: Attendance is mandatory. No absences will be tolerated. Stay hydrated and see you, cadets!

All ROTC cadets are hereby informed that there will be no training on Saturday, 16 August 2025. Instead, cadets are required to report on Sunday, 17 August 2025, at 0630H for a Blood Letting Activity to be held at Southern Capital College, Annex BLDG. Talic, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental.

This activity is conducted in line with the celebration of the 42nd Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army. Active participation is expected.
