Today, we proudly celebrate two years of growth, unity, and excellence as an integrated school. This milestone traces back to the original proclamation dated May 6, 2024, establishing JRHIS as an integrated institution pursuant to RA 9155 (Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001), RA 10533 (Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013), and DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2014.

Guided by these policies, JRHIS continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education—shaping individuals who are equipped for the future.

As we celebrate this special day, we honor the dedication of our dear school principal, Dr. Julie Aceveda, our teachers, the perseverance of our learners, and the invaluable support of our stakeholders. Together, we move forward with one vision and one mission as a truly integrated school community.
