Mobile Registration @ Barangay Butao

The 22nd Mobile Registration activity for the year was conducted today at the Barangay Hall of Butao, with 30 residents actively participating in the Information Dissemination activity and availing of various civil registration services.

The LCRO Diadi Team, headed by LCR Zenaida Gayaton-Malvar, RSW, accomplished the following:
✅6 new applications for delayed registration accepted under BRAP
✅22 PSA requests accepted through BREQS sa Barangay
✅13 affidavits prepared
✅6 applicants provided with free 2x2 ID pictures
✅7 residents assisted regarding corrections in their civil registry documents
✅24 Barangay Family Recording System (FRS) records updated

A special moment of the activity was the awarding of a FREE PSA-issued SECPA copy to Lola Luisita M. Filangen, BRAP Beneficiary No. 785, born in Mountain Province.🩷

LCRO Diadi Team is on the way to Barangay Butao for today's Mobile Registration activity and is ready to assist you!

Services available:
✅Acceptance of applications for delayed registration of birth
✅Acceptance of requests for PSA/SECPA copies of civil registry documents through BREQS sa Barangay
✅Awarding of SECPA copies to 3 BRAP beneficiaries
✅Family Recording System (FRS) updating and verification of 166 individuals with unknown registration status
✅Distribution of 16 SECPA copies requested through BREQS sa Barangay

We are also happy to share that Barangay Butao now has 25 BRAP beneficiaries whose births have been successfully registered through the PSA's Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP).

Mobile Registration @ Purok 6, Brgy. Villa Aurora

The 21st Mobile Registration for the year was conducted at the residence of Brgy. Kagawad Michael Puligon in Purok 6, Brgy. Villa Aurora, with twenty-three (23) residents attending and actively participating in the Information Dissemination activity.

The activity reached residents from a Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Area (GIDA), particularly members of the indigenous Ifugao community.

The LCRO Diadi Team, headed by LCR Zenaida Gayaton-Malvar, RSW, successfully accomplished the following:
✅4 new applications for delayed registration under BRAP accepted
✅22 PSA requests accepted through BREQS sa Barangay
✅8 affidavits prepared
✅4 applicants provided with 2x2 ID pictures
✅20 Barangay Family Recording System (FRS) records updated

🎉 Two (2) BRAP beneficiaries also received their SECPA copies:
1. BRAP Beneficiary No. 97 – Lola Emilia Bolcaon, born in Kiangan, Ifugao
2. BRAP Beneficiary No. 640 – Roberto Baguilat, born in Cordon, Isabela
