Awarding of Birth Certificates to BRAP Beneficiaries

Three (3) BRAP beneficiaries from the Municipality of Diadi officially received their registered birth certificates—two (2) from Barangay Poblacion and one (1) from Barangay Duruarog.

Through the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), they now have their own birth certificates through free processing and minimal documentary requirements.

Nagsagawa ng house-to-house distribution ang LCRO Diadi sa Barangay Escoting upang personal na maihatid ang kanilang birth certificates.

• Evelyn J. Gaco – BRAP Beneficiary No. 758 (SECPA)
• Rudy A. Sudaria – BRAP Beneficiary No. 805 (Local Copy), received by his daughter-in-law

Maraming salamat ma'am Amelita Sudaria, isa sa ating Barangay Health Workers (BHW) ng Brgy. Escoting na sumama sa pamamahagi, at kina Jordan B. Revilla, BRAP Team Leader, at Noeme, Support Staff, sa kanilang dedikasyon sa pag-abot ng serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan.

💙 Information Dissemination | Brgy. Escoting

LCRO Diadi joined the Buntis Party for Pregnant & Lactating Mothers held today at the Barangay Gymnasium, Escoting, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya, in partnership with MNAO Diadi, as part of the municipality's 2026 Nutrition Month Celebration.

Naibahagi sa 23 pregnant and lactating mothers ang kahalagahan ng birth registration, pag-check ng tamang impormasyon sa civil registry records, at iba pang serbisyo ng aming tanggapan.

Maraming salamat sa MNAO Diadi, headed by Ma'am Rosita Y. Dewey, sa patuloy na partnership at sa lahat ng mga nanay na nakiisa. 💙

PSA CRS Mobile Outlet in Diadi!

Ngayong araw, matagumpay na naisagawa ang PSA CRS Mobile Outlet sa Senior Citizens Hall, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya.

✅98 clients served
✅143 civil registry documents printed and released

Maraming salamat sa PSA Regional Office II sa pagdadala ng serbisyong ito sa ating bayan, at sa ASCOD sa pagbibigay ng venue. Higit sa lahat, salamat sa lahat ng ating mga kababayan na nakiisa at nag-avail ng serbisyo. Hanggang sa susunod!

Mobile Registration | Brgy. Decabacan

Maraming salamat sa 25 residents na nakiisa sa ating Information Dissemination and Mobile Registration activity today in partnership with MNAO Diadi during the Buntis Party/Supplemental Feeding Program. ❤️

Accomplishments:
✅7 new BRAP applications accepted for delayed registration
✅11 affidavits prepared
✅5 applicants provided with FREE 2×2 ID pictures
✅5 PSA requests accepted through BREQS sa Barangay
✅7 applications verified and submitted additional requirements
✅21 Barangay Family Recording System (FRS) records updated

As of today, Brgy. Decabacan already has 21 BRAP beneficiaries.👍
