It served as a platform to local officials and human resource practitioners to clarify recent amendments and ensure their consistent, lawful, and effective implementation across agencies.
CSC Assistant Commissioner for Legal ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ง๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ served as the Subject Matter Expert and delivered a comprehensive presentation on the salient features of the updated policies. His discussion was followed by an interactive open forum, where participants actively raised questions and sought clarification, which he addressed directly and substantively.

In her opening remarks, ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ฒ, underscored the Commissionโs unwavering commitment to fostering a public service that is competent, principled, and responsive to the needs of the Filipino people. She emphasized that the updated ORAOHRA and RACCS serves as vital tools on streamlining processes, upholding meritocracy, and ensuring fasts and efficient delivery administrative justice.
โThese reforms reflect our mission to transform every kawani into a true Lingkod Bayani,โ Director Lappay remarked, inspiring participants to continuously pursue excellence and integrity in public service.
