IMCOM secures key documents to formalize Land Title of Glan Military Reservation

POBLACION, GLAN, SARANGANI PROVINCE - Major Franklin T. Sinoy, the Real Estate Officer of the 10th Installation Management Battalion, accompanied by Sergeant Benjamin P. Tolibao, visited the Municipal Assessor’s Office in Glan, Sarangani Province, on 26 May 2026. The team secured essential tax declarations—a vital requirement to formalize and complete land titling for the reservation’s free areas.

This land parcel is historically and legally established under Presidential Proclamation No. 120, Series of 1936, which originally designated the area as a military reservation.
