1. This competition is open to all ( Residents and Non-residents ). NO AGE LIMIT.
2. The contestants can perform any talent (e.g. Singing, Dancing, Acting, Variety Show, etc.)
3. The performance can be solo, duo, or group consisting of 3 - 10 members.
4. The contestants must prepare a 3 to 5 minutes performance.
5. The performance should not portray any offensive, rude or racist acts. Any entries which the judges deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
6. Sensual content is strictly prohibited.
7. Only 8 Participating Acts will be allowed to participate. First come, first serve basis.

Ginhiwat kag natapos sang madinalag-on ang aton 𝗶𝗦𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼: 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 kahapon nga adlaw. Ang SK-Brgy. 5 Poblacion Council nagapasalamat gid sa mga Estudyanteng Singkohanon sa inyo kooperasyon para sa
matawhay nga pagtigayon. Ang ini nga programa isa ka tikang padulong sa mas progresibo nga edukasyon nga aton ginasulong.

Sangguniang Kabataan-Brgy. 5 Poblacion Council successfully distributed its first batch of educational assistance to 40 qualified college students of Brgy. 5 as part of 𝗜𝗦𝗞𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗢 Program. The pay out was done yesterday (November 23, 2025) at Hda. Alicia and Hda. Nalipay.
